Weaving
social performance into
the world’s biggest projects
The Vision Behind the Impact
Welcome.
I am glad you’re here.
You have landed in a space where we are clear and unapoligetic about our desire to drive positive impact and change.
I believe that the biggest projects don’t fail because of the math. They fail because of the humanity.
For over 20 years, I’ve been the woman on the ground where the map meets the dirt. I’ve sat in boardrooms with powerful financiers and in circles with very vulnerable communities.
I’ve seen what happens when "Social Performance" is just a checkbox—and I’ve seen the magic that happens when it becomes a competitive advantage.
From the Field to the Frontline of Change
I didn’t learn risk management from a textbook. I learned it in the heat of resource extraction projects, navigating the complex tension between massive infrastructure and the people who call that land home.
I’ve spent two decades specializing in the "high-stakes human landscape." My obsession? Ensuring that stakeholders who have the most and the least influence—especially women and vulnerable populations—aren't just "managed," but are integral to the success of the legacy we are building.
In fact, I believe our survival as a species depends on getting money into their hands.
The Shift
I’ve realized that my impact is no longer limited to the projects I can touch with my own two hands. To truly move the needle on global social performance, I am shifting.
I am here to advise the executives who sign the checks and to train the technicians who are "boots on the ground." I’m distilling 20+ years of grit, social risk alchemy, and deep-seated expertise into a new standard for our industry.
Whether you are financing the future or building it:
I AM HERE TO ENSURE YOU DO IT WITH AUTHORITY, INTEGRITY, AND AN UNWAVERING COMMITMENT TO POSITIVE SOCIAL IMPACT AND CHANGE.
All the best,
P.S. Curious how twenty years in the dirt led to this mission? Read "The Story" and watch "The Documentary" to see where it all began.
