I didn’t learn risk management from a textbook. I learned it in the heat of resource extraction projects, navigating the complex tension between massive infrastructure and the people who call that land home.

I’ve spent more than two decades specializing in the "high-stakes human landscape." My obsession? Ensuring that stakeholders who have the most influence and those who are the most impacted—especially women and vulnerable populations—aren't just "managed," but are integral to the success of the legacies we build.
